As part of the sale to Tornante and the Eisner Family it was a condition of the transfer of community shares that the Pompey Supporters' Trust had a say in the direction of the club.
The Heritage and Advisory Board was created to allow Tornante, Club Staff, former Presidents and the PST to meet regularly to discuss future plans for the club, the future of the stadium, the finances of the club and any other matter that has an impact on the fans.
The PST has a veto over the emotive matters of name, colours and location, and can also ask questions of the club on any matter.
This Board is informed of planned developments for the club and this gives an opportunity to give feedback on these and help steer the future of the club.
Over the course of Tornantes ownership many decisions on the Stadium rebuild, Academy development, Ticket pricing and spending on the Squad have been shaped by discussions at the HAB.
This forum is almost unique in British football and sets the standard for Fan involvement in their chosen clubs in British football.
Any PST member can join the Heritage and Advisory Board by being elected to the Trust Board and then putting themselves forward as one of the three Trust Reps.
